Z Foundation (Transformers)

The Z Foundation was a fictional organisation in the Marvel Transformers comics.

The Z Foundation masqueraded as a group for protecting innocent humans from being harmed by giant warrior robots, similar to RAAT. In reality, the foundation was a conspiracy led by Lord Zarak, the leader of the evil Nebulans. The foundation's real goal was to eliminate the Autobots to ensure victory for the Decepticons, playing innocent humans for mere pawns.

The foundation tricked a group of bounty hunters — Burnout, Felix, Roadhog and Skunge (collectively known as the Roadjammers) — to disable three Autobots. However, the Roadjammers soon caught on to the plot, and Zarak had to call in his binary-bonded Decepticon, Scorponok, to protect himself from them. Scorponok failed to kill the Roadjammers but managed to ensure as safe escape for Zarak.
