Yoon Kyung-Shin (born July 3, 1973 in Seoul) is a Korean handball player. He was voted World Player of the Year 2001 by the International Handball Federation.[1]

Career

Yoon Kyung-Shin played for the German club VfL Gummersbach from 1996 to 2006, and for HSV Hamburg from the season 2006/2007. He is the most scoring player in the German league, with more than 2700 goals, and was top scorer in 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2007.

He has played more than 260 games for the South Korean National team, and was top scorer in the 1995 and 1997 World Championships.
