O'Reilly Auto Parts

O'Reilly Auto Parts (NASDAQ: ORLY) is a publicly traded chain of Auto Parts stores that started with the first store in Springfield, Missouri in 1957. It has since grown to over 1,500 stores in 25 states. The corporate headquarters of O'Reilly are still located in Springfield.

On April 1, 2008, O'Reilly announced plans to buy CSK Auto, for approximately $1 billion.

In the late 1990s, O'Reilly expanded into the Texas market through the acquisition of Hi-Lo Auto Parts.
