Mythopoetic Leadership

Mythopoetic Leadership is a leadership model currently being taught in university MBA programs that describes how to consciously create the culture of an organization. It is based on the works of Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung. It was first proposed in the article "Creating Corporate Cultures Through Mythopoetic Leadership" by Chip Jarnagin and Dr. John Slocum [1].
