M-73 is a north-south highway in the Upper Peninsula of the U.S. state of Michigan. It connects with US 2 and Wisconsin STH-55 at the state line near Iron River.

M-73 is a connecting route from US 2 in Iron River to Wisconsin STH-55 at the state line. M-73 crosses the state line on a bridge over the Brule River. All of M-73 is two-lane rural highway through wooded terrain. None of it is listed on the National Highway System.[3]
Its routing has been largely unchanged since designation. In 1936-37, the highway was completely hard-surfaced.[2]
