Phalon Anton Alexander (born 1975 in Memphis, Tennessee) better known by his stage name Jazze Pha (pronounced [dʒæzi fɛj]), is an American record producer, songwriter, singer and rapper.
Jazze Pha's first hit was the club anthem from Tela, "Sho Nuff", the label banner of the producer's company. His first production was for Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat, and Johnny Gill on supergroup LSG's first album, with the fresh "Let A Playa Get His Freak On", in 1997. Other artists with whom he has worked with include Nelly, Ludacris, Trick Daddy, T.I., and Lil' Wayne. He is also credited with bringing R&B singer Ciara national attention with her solo album, Goodies. His work on that album included producing the hit single, "1, 2 Step", which featured Missy Elliott. Jazze Pha is famous for his announcement "Ladies & Gentlemen!" at the start of most of the songs he is performing in.
Jazze Pha has signed a production deal with Cash Money Records, and also has his own record label, Sho'nuff Records, which signed Ciara and Jody Breeze.
