J to tha L-O!: The Remixes is the first remix album (third overall) by American singer Jennifer Lopez, released in 2002 (see 2002 in music). It was the first remix album to debut at the top of the U.S. Billboard 200 chart,[1] and became one of the best-selling remix albums in the U.S. — in which it sold over 156,000 copies during its first week of release (putting her into the 2004 Guinness World Records[2]) and over one million copies altogether. The album also sold over three million copies worldwide, becoming the third best-selling remix album of all time, after Michael Jackson's Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix (1997) and Madonna's You Can Dance (1987). It spawned three new singles: "Ain't It Funny" (Murder Remix), "Alive", and "I'm Gonna Be Alright" (Track Masters Remix). The remix for "Walking on Sunshine" received a little airplay in Mexico and other parts of Latin America.
