I is the third full-length studio album by the Swedish progressive/AOR metal/rock band Nightingale. The album is the first part in "The Breathing Shadow Trilogy", but it was the last one recorded. With this album release Nightingale starts to become a real band, not just a side project of Dag and Dan.
