G-Force is an announced film produced by Jerry Bruckheimer for Walt Disney Pictures and written by Cormac and Marianne Wibberley. Its tentative release date is July 24, 2009.[1] The film is the feature directorial debut of Hoyt Yeatman, an Oscar-winning[2] visual effects artist and supervisor. Yeatman previously worked with Bruckheimer on a number of films, including The Rock, Armageddon, and Kangaroo Jack.[3] Interestingly, Nicolas Cage previously starred in The Rock.
This film is currently in production in Los Angeles with early production and propbuilding, filming to follow for game and film releases in 2009.
