"6 of 1 Thing" is the third single to be taken from Craig David's fourth album Trust Me and was released in the UK on 18 February 2008. "6 of 1 Thing" was B-listed by both BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2. The song charted at number 39 in the UK Singles Chart following the physical release, becoming his second lowest charting single to date, only beating "You Don't Miss Your Water ('Til the Well Runs Dry)". This is likely due to the lack of promotion.
