Philippe Biamby

General Philippe Biamby (* 21. September 1952) was member of the supreme command of the military armed forces of Haiti (Forces Armées D' Haiti (FADH)), Personnel chief shark tables of the army and deputy of Raoul Cédras during the military rule from 1991 to 1994 on Haiti.
